Role: Eviction Process Consultant (1-Hour Deep Dive) Location: Remote (Zoom) or Phone Compensation: $200 for 1 Hour (Paid immediately upon completion via Venmo/Zelle/CashApp)
The Gist: I am an investor/operator looking to map out the exact workflow for residential evictions in Austin (Travis County) and surrounding areas (Williamson, Hays, Bastrop).
I am NOT looking for representation on a specific case. I am paying for your knowledge to help me understand the operational roadmap, timelines, and pitfalls.
What I Need From You: I need a focused, 1-hour consultation to walk me through the end-to-end lifecycle of a Texas eviction, specifically:
The Timeline: Real-world estimates from Notice to Vacate -> Filing -> Court Date -> Judgment -> Writ of Possession -> Constable Execution.
The Nuance: How Travis County JP courts differ from Williamson or Hays (e.g., filing quirks, judge temperaments, delay tactics).
The Paperwork: A review of best-practice notices, filings, and correct service procedures.
The Bottlenecks: Where do cases usually get stuck? What are the common procedural mistakes landlords make?
Ideal Candidate:
Texas Attorney or Experienced Paralegal currently handling residential evictions.
Deep familiarity with Texas Property Code and Travis County JP/Precinct specific rules.
Experience with high-volume filings is a major plus.
To Apply (Please send a brief email):
Are you an Attorney or Paralegal?
Which counties do you primarily file in? (Travis/Willco/Hays?)
Approximate number of evictions you have handled/assisted with?
Your availability for a 1-hour call this week?
Please do not reply if you do not have direct, hands-on experience in Texas Justice of the Peace courts.
